This is a remote position.

**Position Overview:**


As a Remote Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Specialist and Mentor you will be at the forefront of talent acquisition for our travel agency managing the endtoend recruitment process for travel agents while simultaneously leveraging your expertise to schedule dream vacations for our clients. Your role involves not only recruiting topnotch travel agents but also mentoring and guiding a team to success.


**Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Recruitment Process Outsourcing:**


Utilize RPO strategies to source attract and recruit talented travel agents remotely.

Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit.

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to final onboarding.


2. **Mentorship and Coaching:**


Provide oneonone mentoring to new and existing travel agents guiding them on effective sales strategies customer service excellence and industry best practices.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of travel agents within the team.

Regularly assess the performance of mentees offering constructive feedback and creating personalized development plans.


3. **Travel Vacation Scheduling:**


Act as a travel advisor curating and booking exceptional travel experiences for clients.

Stay informed about the latest travel trends destinations and offerings to provide expert advice to clients.

Collaborate with travel agents to ensure seamless coordination and execution of travel plans.


4. **Recruitment Marketing:**


Craft engaging job postings and marketing materials to attract top talent to join our travel agency.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice in the travel industry.


5. **Collaboration and Coordination:**


Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.

Collaborate with team members to share industry insights best practices and successful recruitment strategies.


6. **Data Management and Reporting:**


Maintain accurate and uptodate records of recruitment activities.

Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and recruitment metrics.

Requirements

**Qualifications:**


Proven experience in remote recruitment preferably in the travel industry is advantageous.

Strong background in travel sales vacation planning or a related field is advantageous.

Exceptional interpersonal communication and mentoring skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is very advantageous.

High level of organizational and multitasking abilities.
