We are looking for an experienced and passionate Development Team Lead to join our innovative team at Prime Time Shuttle a premier doortodoor airport ground transportation company based in Los Angeles California. In this key leadership role you will guide and inspire our development team to create cuttingedge solutions driving the evolution of our technology and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

* Lead mentor and inspire a highperforming development team through effective guidance and collaboration.

* Drive the development and implementation of software solutions ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices.

* Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze project requirements providing technical expertise and innovative solutions.

* Manage the full software development lifecycle from concept to delivery ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

* Foster a culture of continuous improvement embracing new technologies and methodologies to enhance development processes.

* Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members promoting a high standard of code quality.

* Ensure adherence to coding standards development best practices and security protocols.

* Actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members contributing to the growth of the development team.

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.

* Proven experience in a leadership role within a development team.

* Strong technical proficiency in software development with expertise in relevant programming languages and frameworks.

* Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success.

* Experience in the transportation or related industry is a plus.

* Demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept to completion meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
