Responsibilities

We re looking for an IT Manager with strong business acumen in the transportation / logistics industry to manage and optimize systems used by the assigned

• Manage systems to optimize their value and returns;
  
• Provide subject-matter expertise on systems during implementations;
  
• Identify areas for process improvements or streamlining;
  
• Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions for business operations;
  
• Create materials and knowledge base for a smooth implementation of systems;
  
• Drive adoption of best practices, and identify new areas for improvement and
  

Requirements

• Tertiary education in logistics, supply chain management or information technology;
  
• At least 8 years of work experience, in a similar industry;
  
• Good business acumen and understanding of the technology landscape and ecosystem;
  
• Analytical and project management skills;
  
• Good communication skills;
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including leadership skills and the ability to build rapport with a different internal stakeholders;
