Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Device and Smart Watch Development: Lead the development of our cuttingedge medical devices and smartwatches ensuring these products meet both healthcare standards and consumer expectations.
- Pill Packager Oversight: Drive the design and functionality improvements of our Pill Packaging technology optimizing for user experience and efficiency.
- AI/ML and Data Integration: Collaborate with our tech team to incorporate advanced AI/ML capabilities and data analytics into our products enhancing their performance and user engagement.
- Manufacturing and Production Management: Oversee the manufacturing process of pilot devices with Contract Manufacturers ensuring adherence to quality budget and time constraints.
- Compliance and Certification: Spearhead the compliance and certification processes guaranteeing our products meet all regulatory requirements for healthcare devices.
- Vendor and Supply Chain Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors ensuring a seamless supply chain and effective contract negotiations.
- CrossFunctional Team Leadership: Lead crossdisciplinary teams including engineering design marketing and sales to drive product development and market readiness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a strong focus on healthcare devices.
- An MBA or similar qualification in business management.
- Demonstrated experience in product management within the healthcare technology sector.
- Indepth knowledge of IoT technologies AI/ML integration in hardware especially in medical and healthfocused devices.
- Experience in working with Contract Manufacturers for medical devices or related fields.
- Familiarity with medical device compliance and certification standards.
- Strong leadership communication and project management skills.
- Adaptive to a fastpaced innovative work environment.
