Business Development Rep

Restoration and Mitigation company is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team in Kershaw SC.

As a Business Development Representative you will be making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the Company's story. In this role you will need to be comfortable meeting new people have excellent communication skills (inperson and online) and be motivated by sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive advantages of using our Company and gain the ability to effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits
• Build maintain and strengthen professional relationships with contacts in sales territory by conducting daily marketing calls
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations lunchandlearns and continuing education (CE) classes
• Utilize marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track all lead activity and opportunities
• Provide management with revenue updates and reports around your assigned sales territory
• Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
• A minimum of two years of direct sales experience
• Must have Outside Sales experience
• Strong process and results driven attitude
• Experience selling to: Large Commercial Building Property Managers/Owners (Multiple Locations) or Big Box Stores or Manufacturing Plants or Schools & Universities or Commercial Flooring or Lighting

Compensation: $65000.00 $80000.00 DOE plus commission!
