Are you a detailoriented and techsavvy individual seeking an exciting opportunity in an exclusive serviced office property We are currently hiring for the role of Admin/Receptionist to join our elite team.

Requirements

Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Excellence: Be the welcoming face of our exclusive serviced office property ensuring a premium experience for clients and visitors.


Administrative Support: Provide efficient administrative assistance handling tasks such as scheduling email correspondence and document management.

Tech Proficiency: Navigate and manage digital platforms including Wix Teams ClickShare and Excel to streamline communication and operations.

Client Coordination: Assist in client onboarding coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure seamless communication within the property.

Telephone Etiquette: Handle incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate contacts.

Organization: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area contributing to the overall aesthetics of our exclusive workspace.

Requirements:

Previous experience in administrative or reception roles is preferred.

Familiarity with Wix Teams ClickShare and Excel is essential.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Techsavvy with the ability to adapt to new digital platforms quickly.

Proactive approach to problemsolving and multitasking.

A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining a polished and exclusive atmosphere.
