- Prepares bidders’ lists (when required)
- Pre-qualifies bidders (when required)
- Assembles bid request packages, and seeks approval of packages
- Loads and issues bid request packages into the e-RFP system
- Conducts pre-bid meeting
- Coordinates bidders’ questions and answers to those questions
- Issues bid addenda and/or extensions of time
- Receives bids
