Regional Lead - Recruitment

The Regional Lead Recruitment will be responsible for attracting the most suitable candidates as fellows for the Bhumi Fellowship programme. He/she will establish longterm partnerships with colleges across Karnataka and Kerala for creating a pipeline of potential leaders for education.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Research identify and establish partnerships with colleges and universities
  
• Conduct campus drives participate in career fairs and facilitate other engagements
  
• Recruit and engage Campus Ambassadors and strategize approaches to maximise effort
  
• Support in shortlisting potential applicants as part of the recruitment process
  

Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:

• Experience related to recruitment/college connections would be an advantage
  
• Graduate/Post Graduate degree in any discipline
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Good interpersonal skills
  

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Willingness to travel locally and regionally (frequently)
  
• Good people engagement networking and listening skills
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Good computer knowledge and MS Office skills
  
• Selfdriven with strong time management and organizational skills
  
• Ability to work under stressful environment and timelines
  
• Forward looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions

• Reporting to: Senior Recruitment Manager Bhumi Fellowship
  
• Scope: Full time
  
• Remuneration: CTC 67 Lakhs p.a. based on the candidate s profile
  
• Location: Bangalore/Kerala
  
• Minimum commitment: Two years
