LInstitut Catal dInvestigaci Qumica (ICIQ) busca un/a Assistent de Gesti per treballar a lrea de gesti administrativa.

LICIQ s una de les principals institucions lders mundials reconegudes internacionalment en el camp de la qumica compromesa amb la resoluci dels grans reptes socials i econmics mitjanant la realitzaci dinvestigacions dalta qualitat en tres rees principals: Catlisi Sostenible Energies Renovables i Salut. LICIQ busca un/a Assistent de Gesti sota la supervisi de la Directora Administrativa i de Comunicaci de lICIQ.

Responsabilitats:

  • Elaboraci dinformes i poltiques internes.
  • Coordinaci de les reunions i informaci amb el Scientific Advisory Board.
  • Revisi de documentaci.
  • Preparaci de la documentaci per presentar al Patronat de lICIQ.
  • Revisi i seguiment dels programes institucionals.
  • Actes de reunions.
  • Gestions als diferents portals administratius.
  • Manteniment del Portal de la transferncia de lICIQ.
  • Suport al departament financer en les auditories externes.
  • Suport a totes les activitats addicionals de gerncia.


Requisits:

  • Cicle Superior o grau en Administraci i Direcci dEmpreses o disciplina afins.
  • Coneixements i experincia dalmenys 5 anys realitzant tasques administratives prpies.
  • Valorable lexperincia prvia en Centres CERCA.
  • Nivell de catal castell i angls: conversa fluida (no cal certificat).
  • Bon coneixement de les eines de Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word i PowerPoint).

The Catalan Institute of Chemical Research (ICIQ) is looking for a Management Assistant to work in the area of administrative management.

ICIQ is one of the worlds internationally recognized leading institutions in the field of chemistry committed to solving major social and economic challenges by conducting top quality research in three main areas: Sustainable Catalysis Renewable Energy and Health. The institute also aims at training the future generation of scientists by offering highquality educational programs to master PhD students and postdoctoral researchers (full details on ).

ICIQ is looking for a Management Assistant under the supervision of the Administrative and Communications Director of ICIQ.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of reports and internal policies.
  • Coordination of meetings and information with the Scientific Advisory Board.
  • Review of documentation.
  • Preparation of documentation to present to the ICIQ Board of Trustees.
  • Review and monitoring of institutional programmes.
  • Minutes of meetings.
  • Management in the different administrative portals.
  • Maintenance of the ICIQ transfer portal.
  • Support to the financial department in external audits.
  • Support for all additional management activities.


Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or Degree in Business Administration and Management or related discipline.
  • Knowledge and experience of at least 5 years performing own administrative tasks.
  • Previous experience in CERCA centres is valuable.
  • Level of Catalan Spanish and English: fluent conversation (certificate not required).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint).

Selection Process

ICIQs selection process usually entails the following phases:

  • Offer Letter:Once the successful candidate is selected the People Unit will extend a Job Offer specifying the start day salary and overall job conditions.
