Responsibilities

• Deliver highly personalized experiences guiding our customers toward the insurance coverage that best suits their individual needs
• Make insurance simple &#x create intuitive experiences both for our Customers and for us
• Work collaboratively with engineering growth content and sales teams to understand customer acquisition goals
• Design intuitive and engaging interfaces that contribute to the acquisition of new customers
• Create highfidelity prototypes to support testing and further iterations
• Suggest design iterations based on user feedback and align with stakeholders according to priorities
• Effective communication and alignment with your stakeholders from various departments
• Ensure that design solutions align with overall business strategies and marketing initiatives
• Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement in our conversion funnels
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement changes that enhance user experience and drive conversions
• Translate business requirements into effective user interfaces
• Ensure that design solutions balance business goals with user needs and expectations

What you need to be successful

• years of experience working with digital products and interfaces ideally with projects focused on customer acquisition retention and conversion optimization
• Experience working with researchers to identify opportunities for improvement and validate design concepts before implementation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret research findings and apply them to design solutions
• Proficient in creating highfidelity prototypes
• Collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to crossfunctional teams
• Problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze and address challenges in the user experience and conversion funnels
• You are fluent in English German is a big plus
• You are located in Germany ideally in Berlin

Skills

• Proficient using Figma for prototyping
• Familiarity with AB tests and constant iteration
• Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices
• Collaboration and Communication with different teams and stakeholders
• Ability to contribute new components to the design system ensuring scalability and consistency in design workflows
