Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. This individual will work closely with our product management team and development staff to enhance and streamline our Salesforce systems, specifically focusing on the Salesforce Service Cloud environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and possess the ability to exercise independent judgment within well-defined parameters.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud.

2. Develop and customize all technical aspects of Salesforce, including Visualforce and Apex development, Lightning framework, and object-oriented development.

3. Ensure data modeling, management, and security are in accordance with best practices.

4. Participate in Agile development processes, including daily scrum meetings, planning, retrospectives, etc.

5. Review source code, provide input, and clarify requirements for other developers.

6. Attend Joint Application Development (JAD) and Joint Test Design (JTD) sessions as necessary.

7. Knowledge on Platform Events, Sharing Settings Structure, and Advanced Sharing Settings is a plus, especially for junior developers.

8. Assist peer developers and collaborate effectively in a team setting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Salesforce Service Cloud administration.
• Strong expertise in Visualforce and Apex development within the Lightning framework.
• Object-oriented development skills, data modeling, management, and security.
• Proficiency in AGILE development methodologies.
• Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, coding, unit testing, integration, maintenance, and quality assurance/performance testing.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MuleSoft experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic Salesforce object structure.
