Job Summary

We are looking to add an Administrative Assistant with excellent organizational and technology skills. This versatile multi-tasker will work collaboratively with the agent as well as with clients. This part-time position may be flexible with some work on site and some remote work once training period is completed.


Your Role/Responsibilities

You will be expected to:
  • Work closely with agent and client on all organizational and administrative matters
  • Maintain client files and records
  • Use Quickooks for recordkeeping and creating reports
  • Communicate with clients
What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will posses:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of office/administrative procedures and systems such as record keeping and filing
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize projects and tasks while maintaining quality
