This is a remote position.
Ultimately, the responsibility of the Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
We are looking for a recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience , from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees .
Requirements
- Able to communicate fluently in English (spoken).
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.).
- Ability to organize schedules and activities for candidates´ interviews.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Zoho Recruitment, is a big plus.
- Experience using Zoom as a work tool.
- Experience in working remotely and managing time with different time zones.
- At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter is a big plus.
