COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Anyone not receiving the COVID 19 vaccination must sign a declination. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign a Masking Protocol agreement and must mask during the respiratory virus season or as mandated by Infection Prevention.This position will work at the Avondale Campus: 1665 N. Avondale Blvd., Avondale, Arizona 85392This position performs a variety of ultrasound imaging procedures to provide data for diagnosis and monitoring of disease and injuries in accordance with all applicable standards, regulations, and licensing requirements. Requires competency in a variety of equipment and technology. Performs duties in a range of acute care pediatric-centered settings. QualificationsEducation Requirements1.Graduate of an accredited ultrasound programExperience Requirements1.Minimum of 5 years of ultrasound experience2.Previous pediatric experienceCertification/License/Registry Requirements1.ARDMS registered in at least four of the following: OB/GYN Abdomen Neuro Vascular Pediatrics Musculoskeletal Breast. One of the four registries must be vascular.2.Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association
