Reinstatement Manager

Due to rapid growth within the business we are currently recruiting for an experienced Reinstatement Manager to join us! At Opals Group we design build manage and maintain vital communications infrastructure for every everyday use for a betterconnected world We work with major network operators technology vendors and engineering companies to design build manage and maintain the next generation of communication networks

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reinstatement Manager to oversee and manage reinstatement activities within our operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all excavation and reinstatement works comply with regulatory requirements and are executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety quality and environmental compliance

Key Responsibilities of the Reinstatement Manager

• Manage and lead a team responsible for reinstatement activities ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Oversee the planning and execution of reinstatement works following utility installations repairs or maintenance activities
• Monitor and evaluate the quality and safety standards of reinstatement works implementing improvements as needed
• Liaise with local authorities stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure efficient and compliant reinstatement processes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation and standards
• Implement strategies to optimize efficiency and costeffectiveness in reinstatement operations without compromising quality or safety
• Requirements
• Proven experience ( years) in a similar managerial role within the utility sector or related industries
• Strong knowledge of utility reinstatement processes regulations and industry standards in the UK
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving goals
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations environmental compliance and quality standards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• An understanding of Streetworks and Legislation
