Wayfair Professional (BB) helps businesses create the perfect space for their clients guests and employees We serve customers across a wide variety of industries but with a focus in Office Interior Design and Property Management sectors For these segments we set out to tailor the core Wayfair offering to reflect the nuances of the BB customer including dedicated site experiences for each segment a sales team to provide a highertouch buying process and services that support more complex orders The Category Management team partners closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing operations sales and promotions to define and execute our strategies to build these bestinclass customercentric experiences In addition to crossfunctional teams we work with our supplier partners to ensure they optimize their accounts on Wayfair We are seeking a passionate highly analytical and talented individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our high growth business

• Independently drive results across a portfolio of suppliers and manage crossfunctional projects from start to finish
• Establish and build external relationships with new and existing brands partnering effectively to achieve mutual business goals
• Apply a customer first view to identify gaps in our existing experience and implement plans to address them
• Think critically about the business by interpreting performance data and applying learnings to the business
• Negotiate frequently with existing suppliers to optimize performance and cost base including everyday pricing and promotions
• Collaborate across departments to drive business goals including Sales Marketing Merchandising Business Intelligence

• Bachelors/Masters degree preferably in Business Administration Finance Economics Marketing or a similar program
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Demonstrated success in building business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent Excel skills together with an analytical mindset and datadriven approach demonstrated experience working with complex data to develop robust commercial recommendations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once you dont miss the details
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work within a fastpaced and rapidly changing environment
• Experience in an eCommerce environment and basic knowledge in SQL is advantageous
