Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

What you will be doing:

• Troubleshoot PLCs, electrical, and instrumentation.
• Apply principles and practices of food manufacturing, including food safety, quality, manufacturing concepts.
• Implement and maintain a preventive/predictive maintenance system.
• Use knowledge of FDA and OSHA regulations, GMPs, Sanitation, and HACCP.
• Manage and lead multiple projects with multidisciplinary teams towards a shared goal.
• Research and analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, and project consequences of proposed actions.
• Use computers and computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Experience you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing, Certification in Electrical or Instrumentation and amp; Industrial Automation, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial electrical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working with PLCs for troubleshooting process issues.
• Proficient in the use of electrical test and instrumentation calibration equipment.
• Possession of Washington State electrical journeyman license or an out-of-state license with the ability to pass the WA state exam (preferred).
• HACCP Certification, SQF Certification, Food Safety Programs training, ammonia training, boiler operator training, and/or pneumatics training (preferred).
• Experience in implementing and maintaining a preventive/predictive maintenance system.
