Position: House Flipping Project Manager

JOB SUMMARY
We're hiring a driven House Flipping Project Manager to lead our team into a well-oiled machine! You'll be working with a team of driven individuals who balance both hard work and joking around with each other as well. You'll work with and manage general contractors and subcontractors to make sure the job is done right on single-family and small multi-family projects. This position will require grit and an attitude to push projects along and not take crap from the contractors. Timeline, quality, and budget are the most important parts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met
- Manage general contractors and construction workers and give guidance as needed to ensure high-quality project performance
- Clarify the scope with clients, engineers, construction managers, and architects to produce an accurate list of project specifications, including manual labor needs and necessary materials
- Work with general contractors, critical subcontractors, and external vendors to negotiate profitable contracts
- Keep key stakeholders informed of the project's status by producing frequent progress reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
- Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, blueprints, building codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods, and project management principles
- Great leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills
- Must have experience with budgets, keeping timelines, managing crews, and property buying/selling laws.
