To help our customers achieve the ear stack of their dreams by providing an exceptional and professional piercing experience
What does success look like in this role
- Delivering an outstanding service and creating a memorable customer journey
- Handling all customer queries effectively and efficiently always providing guidance and reassurance
- Establishing a personal connection with new and existing customers
- Being present with your team on the shop floor when appointments arent busy
