Requirements

• Managing & communicating with stakeholders regularly
• Where required, attending programme board meetings
• Updating Jira as a single source of delivery progress
• Managing remote teams across multiple time zones
• Mentoring & coaching junior members of the team
• Producing project reporting for both customer & leadership team
• Constantly reviewing project management tools to improve ways of working
• Strong agile ways of working
• Exposure to contract management and procurement
• Strong risk management
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong prioritisation and goal-setting ability
• Strong cost control
• Ability to create statements of work
• Ability to create, motivate and lead high performing teams
• Exposure to data technologies (eg. Thoughtspot, Snowflake, Rivery)
