pstrongFacilities Administrator Hybrid RemotestrongppstrongSalarystrong Up toppstrongLocationstrong NuneatonHybrid RemoteppstrongHoursstrong hours a week(Flexible)ppstrongRole Typestrong PermanentppPareto are currently looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join us on a fulltime basis to be based in LondonppstrongResponsibilities to include but not limited tostrongpulliMonitoring the Facilities Helpdesk email and logging jobsliululliActively monitoring open jobs including chasing trades people for updates and allocating jobs to trades peopleliululliRaising purchasing orders for tradespeople and other team members as requiredliululliAllocating PPM tasks to tradespeopleliululliScanning key documentation (inhouse and subcontractor)liululliReviewing documentation and raising any issues to either the Clerk of Works or Contract ManagerliululliMonitoring up and coming inspections and coordinating dates with subcontractors and Clerk of WorksliululliFollowing up with subcontractors paperworkcertificates in relation to completed inspectionsliululliRaising remedial actions following inspectionsliululliAssisting the Clerk of Works with the raising of quotes as requiredliululliLogging monthly overtime for approval by the Account DirectorliululliAssessing completeness and appropriateness of subcontractor RAMSliululliSupervising subcontractors ensuring all H&S rules are adhered toliululliCompleting spot audits on subcontractors to ensure they are working with site rulesliululliCompleting spot audits on the Pareto trades people to ensure they are working to site rulesliululliCompleting regular audits on Pareto trades people risk assessments for completenessliululliMonitoring and ensuring trades people training records are up to dateliulpstrongKey RequirementsstrongpulliPrevious administrative experience essentialliululliPrevious helpdesk experience is desirableliululliPrevious experience overseeing contractors requiredliululliDemonstrate strong administration skillsliululliStrong IT skills including Microsoft OfficeliululliPrevious experience of CAFM systems is desirableliululliExcellent telephone and email manner with exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsliululliExperience working with multiple stakeholdersliululliAttention to detailliululliNeeds to be able to work in a very dynamic environment with changing prioritiesliululliA high profile role requiring exceptional customer facing skillsliul
