Responsibilities:
Review existing documentation framework in use on Manulife s Path to Green Compliance program, especially across lifecycle management including deployment to Production and handover to service operations.
Analyze existing documentation, identify gaps and formulate an approach for developing updated Standard Operating Procedures that will be utilized by Technology teams in their operation of the service.
Create Standard Operating procedures for the technology service (e.g. Device hardening standards, Utilizing Production controls to address data masking, Data Loss Prevention processes).
Lead review sessions across teams for feedback in finalizing the SOP.
What you need to succeed:
5+ years with documentation skills and documentation processes.
8+ years in a similar position.
Strong technical and business analyst skills.
Analytic skills to evaluate state of existing documentation framework and process documents.
Ability to organize process documents and link them to the framework. The process documents can reside on different platforms (e.g. Sharepoint, Confluence).
Creative abilities to help complete the set of process documents.
Ability to understand the big picture, execute with attention to detail, manage priorities and respond to timely delivery of materials.
Collaborative and ability to work across.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills who will be required to work with Project teams consisting of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Data Stewards and technology SMEs.
Be proactive and self managing.
Capacity to work unsupervised.
