We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Home Care team. In this role, you will provide personalized and compassionate in-home care with a primary focus on wound care and rehabilitation for patients. Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Nursing.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license/certification in the state of New York (NY).
- Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a related field.
- Specialized experience of 2+ years in either Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) or Home Health (Home Care).
