Job Description
Education and training:
Bachelor's degree in hotel management, hospitality management, or related field. Postgraduate studies in hotel management would be beneficial.
Experience:
Previous experience in food and beverage and operations management.
Driving skills:
Ability to effectively lead and supervise food and beverage teams, directing and motivating them to deliver high quality service.
Knowledge of the list:
Accurate knowledge of the menu and ingredients of foods and beverages offered to customers.
Organization skills:
Ability to organize service operations and manage schedules and appointments effectively.
