International CPG company looking to add on Finanical Analyst to team. Company was founded in late 1800s and based in the East Bay (Bart accessible and parking available) This is a fulltime, hybrid position. Salary range is $80- 85K DOE along with comprehensive benefits, profit sharing and retirement package.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reports on time and solid analysis given.
- Develop and maintain pricing tools and profitability models and excel reports to support our activity-driven sales and management team.
- Conduct research and collect data to prepare pricing proposals, ensuring its quality and integrity.
- Execute, improve, and automate the recurring and ad-hoc performance reporting and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly expenses report and work with business units to identify & analysis variance between target and actual spending, forecast expenses.
- Manage master data and actively contribute to the ERP system to support other users.
- Analyze monthly operating results, conduct variance analysis, identify issues, and propose corrective actions.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- 3+ years of practical work experiences as a financial, data or business analyst
- Experience in the CPG and/or food-service industry highly preferred
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup) – building pricing, forecasts and budgets to develop and validate reports.
- Proficiency in database and ERP systems, accounting software, data visualization tools, and financial analysis solutions (MS Dynamic 365 ERP, NetSuite, SQL, Power BI)
