REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years full-time professional experience (either working for yourself or alongside of a reputable company)
• Carry yourself with a professional acumen, and be able to demonstrate excellent phone and communication skills through a positive mindset & attitude
• Have the ability to be self-driven and work autonomously with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and exemplify professional written and verbal English skills
• Understand the basics of social media, have general computer skills and is coachable and trainable

• Establish lead generation through various platforms with full guidance and support from our expert team & detailed training system
• Schedule and conduct brief consultative interviews, to establish lead qualifications (we provide script and full training)
• Provide further educational information and facilitate a comprehensive online presentation, to qualified candidates (sent via email)
• Maintain and utilize CRM (customer relations management) system to gather and track prospect information and turn leads into potential customers
• Mentor, coach and support new clients through a range of ongoing guidance, training and leadership
