Campos EPC is currently looking for a Human Resource Information System Coordinator located in either Denver, CO /Anaheim, CA or Atlanta, GA for a full -time position.
The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Coordinator will support and maintain the organization s HRIS system as well as perform various reporting and data processing tasks.
HRIS Coordinator responsibilities include but not limited to maintaining HRIS databases, keeping employee records in digital formats, and educating users on how to use the HRIS. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with Human Resources Management software including modules related to onboarding, benefits, compensation, talent management, learning management, and applicant tracking systems.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Update the HRIS with new hire information
Process new hire pre- and post-onboarding requirements handled through UKG and other third-party vendors
Update digital employee files with required documentation, including I-9 compliance review
Process employee status changes including changes related to leaves, transfers, compensation, job titles, demographics, and benefits
Monitor and maintain API and EDI connections between the HRIS and external systems. Data feeds include connections to the company s ERP, benefits carriers and other third party systems.
Create new accounts, manage access permissions, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users
Train system users on functionalities and new features
Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users
Develop data processing guidelines
Maintain the HRIS system with updated organization information (i.e. regions, organizational levels, disciplines, workstreams, labor categories, and job codes)
Review and maintain HRIS ticketing system and ensure all requests are addressed
Assists in completing system audits
Ensure compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other data security and protection regulations
Collaborate with operational leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions
Work with stakeholders from HR and other departments to create and distribute regular and ad hoc reports
Compile or assist with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff
Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Technology, Operations, Process, Administrative departments, and external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS implementation projects
Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology
Helps employees navigate through employee self-service when they need additional assistance or run into errors
Assists with benefits reconciliation

Ability to manage deadlines is essential
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required
At least 2 years of related experience required

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
