Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Knowledge of creating/understanding subsystem wiring diagrams and full machine wiring diagrams for low voltage (12V DC 24V DC) systems.
• Knowledge of conducting electrical load calculations and load studies in order to appropriately size wiring, fusing and components.
• Knowledge of wire harness troubleshooting and identifying root cause.
• Knowledge of working with the harness and cable routers as well as attending design reviews and give feedback.
• Knowledge of checking harness, cable, and electrical component and assembly drawings.
• Knowledge of getting harness drawings and wiring diagrams into the release process.
• Experience in providing build and troubleshooting support to the factory, suppliers, proving grounds, and field.
• Experience in resolving electrical issues (such as replacement parts for component shortages).
