We are seeking an Events Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping our presence at various industry events. About the job:

As an Events Manager at Zenity, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing our presence at industry events. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design pre- and post-event strategies, create engaging content, and ensure our brand shines at every event. Your primary focus will be to drive booth traffic, facilitate executive meetings, and execute effective post-event follow-up. You will be a key player in representing Zenity's brand and solutions in a unique and captivating manner.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience of planning and delivering on both pre- and post-event execution
• In-depth knowledge of both global cybersecurity events (i.e. BlackHat and RSA Conference), as well as more regionally- and persona-driven events
• Possess great organizational skills, with the ability to craft a plan for sales, marketing, executives, and product teams to ensure that events are tightly coordinated
• Strong written and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple events simultaneously

Requirements :

Responsibilities:

• Design pre- and post-event execution plans, including: booth design, meetings strategy, campaign integration, content requirements, messaging, email marketing, and more
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align on objectives and create successful events; driving traffic to booths, executive meetings, and post-event follow-up
• Craft unique messaging and content for each individual event to represent the Zenity brand and solutions in new and exciting way
• Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure exceptional branding for our physical presence at events
• Measure and track metrics of events to identify successes and trends to determine how to optimize future events
• Research event and industry trends to determine other events that Zenity should participate in and work with executive team to balance budget for yearly event calendar
