We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Client Service Office team.

Job Description

As an Account Executive within the Client Service Office, you will support our Account Management and Client Success teams. Serving as the primary interface for a select group of accounts within CTS' client base, your objective is to provide exceptional customer service and account management to these clients.

Role Responsabilities

Commercial Responsibilities:

  • Handling contract renewals and managing contract-related documentation and support
  • Obtaining pricing and generating quotes for clients
  • Processing small orders efficiently
  • Coordinating with CTS delivery teams to ensure smooth order handover
  • Addressing inbound sales queries
  • Promoting new CTS services and marketing events
  • Identifying upselling opportunities, adding value, and delivering other relevant messaging
  • Updating the CRM for renewals and services
  • Purchase order processing

Client (Account) Management Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships and acting as a champion for CTS
  • Resolving invoicing queries promptly
  • Addressing general client enquiries
  • Regularly engaging with clients to maintain positive touchpoints
  • Monitoring the shared mailbox effectively
  • Managing price increases
  • Updating the ticketing system

Service Delivery / Governance Responsibilities:

  • Handling service-related queries to ensure service quality
  • Producing monthly reports as per contractual obligations for all applicable clients
  • Preparing Service Review packs
  • Assessing risks, issues, and churn indicators
  • Conducting Service and Business Reviews
  • Implementing Service Improvement Plans (SIP) when necessary
  • Supporting with cross-departmental process implementation and execution

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet goals and deadlines
  • Great teamwork values
  • Tenacity to get the job done and determined to succeed
  • Commercial awareness and excellent negotiation and client communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of administration experience
  • Competence with Microsoft Applications
