Executive Coach / Leadership Development Specialist

Duties will/can include:
- New client orientations and initial interviews.
- Daily operations, administration and organization duties.
- Marketing and Lead-Generation.
- New member sales.
- Coaching and leading your team

Essentials (must be attained prior to starting):
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a leader or manager required.
- Experience/ specialisation in team leadership.
- Knowledge and experience in Personal Development with strong commitment to self-improvement.
- Community building experience.

Experience and skills:
- We are looking for a fun, high energy, leader
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
-Excellent Communication Skills. This includes good telephone and video manner.
-Experience and desire to work with a wide range of clients.
-Organizational skills are essential.
