We have the role for you! A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our client who is actively recruiting for a Teacher with SEMH/ASC experience to join a rapidly growing, new and independent specialist school. Catering for children with a wide range of needs, SEMH/ASD/Complex trauma.
Our client is looking for someone to join their vision in steering children in the right direction, nurturing aspiration to progress both academically and socially achievements. Socially, building the confidence in students, so they are able to have a greater understanding of the wider community around them.
Lionsgate Education is currently recruiting for a dynamic, passionate and committed Teacher to join our client and to help deliver an outstanding curriculum, motivate the pupils and achieve positive outcomes.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people with a range of complex learning needs. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of how these needs impact upon learning and behaviour in the classroom. You may have specialist knowledge and experience of working with autistic spectrum disorder or children with social, emotional and mental health difficulties. Or you may have experience of working across both specialisms
You will be required to deliver fun educational based learning which is tailored to each pupil to ensure they will achieve positive results. You will be expected to lead the teaching of and co-ordinate flexible programmes of study for individuals and small groups of children. You will be able to demonstrate a practical, hands-on approach to teaching and be prepared to go above and beyond.
