Job Summary

We are seeking a Project and Campaign Specialist to join the Content Strategy & Planning Div. in the Communication Strategy Department. The Content Strategy & Planning Div. is responsible for managing and coordinating communications projects. This includes large integrated campaigns that require multiple internal and external resources and smaller ad-hoc projects that may be only channel specific. As a Project and Campaign Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of strategic communication projects, managing all aspects of the project timeline, reporting, and delivery. This will entail developing detailed, robust and integrated project plans as well as ensuring that all milestones, dependencies, and project critical paths are communicated proactively and in a timely manner.


  • Creating effective multi-channel integrated marketing communications campaigns that align with the business plan and communications strategy.
  • Establishing campaign objectives, developing clear plans, determining resourcing requirements, and implementing effective measurement strategies for core campaigns.
  • Collaborating closely with various organizational functions to align objectives, plans, and activation efforts.
  • Setting procedures and processes to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Utilizing project management platforms such as MS Projects or equivalent software.
  • Defining project timelines and scheduling milestone meetings.
  • Leading resource planning and allocation, coordinating and managing suitable resources from both internal This Company teams and agency partners to ensure successful project completion.
  • Managing project budgets and ensuring delivery stays within allocated thresholds, while supporting the business case for additional funds if needed.
  • Preparing regular status reports to be shared with management.
  • Developing key internal relationships to facilitate smooth project operations and ensure transparency regarding project goals and outputs.
  • Setting up, tracking, and reporting on project performance metrics.
  • Conducting post-project evaluations and providing recommendations for future improvements in working methods.


  • This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications from a recognized and approved program.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Proven expertise as an efficient and effective project manager, consistently demonstrating proactive and reactive project management abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to build relationships and collaborate internally and externally with agencies and affiliates for content creation.
  • Strategic thinking skills with a comprehensive understanding of global integrated marketing communications campaigns.
  • Experience in building and mobilizing integrated teams.
  • Proven ability to successfully complete major and complex projects within budget and on time.
  • Excellent business and financial acumen.
  • Strong ability to build strong internal relationships and interact and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong presentation skills in English.
