1. UNLOCK Operations & Project Management
- Work with all stakeholders from Marketing, Operations, Tech and external agencies to ensure the smooth running of UNLOCK projects & processes
- Establish and grow the operations processes for UNLOCK internal processes
2. Customer Success Management
- Own & enhance the UNLOCK customer success experience for service seekers and service providers, this includes all customer touchpoints through the onboarding, management & retention stages
- Own and manage UNLOCK Assist and customer matchmaking service with data and insights about leads conversion, size, and other important metrics
Requirements
4+ years of experience.
bachelor degree.
Customer success, operations management, organizational skills, dealing with senior people in professional contexts.
Growth mindset, agile mindset, can work with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
