HIRING FOR A FURNITURE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE- TAMPA, FL (IN-OFFICE) (TEMP to PERM)
Compensation: $20/hr

We are a leader in the workplace, education, healthcare + hospitality furniture
industry has an immediate career opportunity at our Tamp, FL distribution center. This
candidate will be responsible for learning and understanding the goals/objectives of the
company/department. This candidate will also be responsible for exceeding client expectations
and ensure service levels are clearly understood.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer all questions, calls and emails in a timely manner
Demonstrates the skills and product knowledge required to perform job functions.
Knowledge and use of electronic catalog and Global website.
Ability to navigate AS400
Able to articulate e-mail, fax, and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner.
Support Customer Care Operations from our dealers and team members
Order Entry on a daily basis, document filing, and review appropriate daily reports
Check order status/electronic orders/Check Inventory
Maintenance of Showroom/calendar
Provide product information and pricing
Process credits, return authorizations and factory charge backs.
Submit changes or cancellations on orders
Track shipments
Research and resolve customer inquiries
Initiate freight claims
Truck building
Schedule factory drops
Update customer experience center with relevant inquiries and help customers in shower as needed
Participates in Literature Room inventory/order literature
Monitor stock levels
Follow and adhere to department/company guidelines
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Superior verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently
Strong attention to detail, ensuring purchase orders are placed in a timely manner and any questions regarding purchase orders are handled properly
Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities dynamically to meet deadlines and changing goals
Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience or military
equivalent.
