Responsibilities:

• Automation Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions based on business requirements. Continually refine and optimize existing automation workflows.
  
• Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, developers, testers, and project managers to deliver high-quality automation projects on schedule.
  
• Testing: Perform testing of automation workflows to ensure robustness and scalability. Work closely with the QA team to meet quality standards.
  
• Integration: Build and maintain integrations with databases, APIs, and other external systems to facilitate automation.
  
• Documentation: Keep up-to-date documentation for RPA workflows, architecture, and configuration, ensuring team members can understand and leverage your work.
  
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with RPA best practices, tools, and frameworks. Actively participate in learning opportunities and knowledge sharing.
  
• Problem Solving: Timely resolve issues and defects in automation workflows to maintain operational excellence.
  

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizen
  
• 3+ years of experience in RPA development.
  
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Proficient in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, VB.NET, or JavaScript.
  
• Experience with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB.
  
• Understanding of API integrations.
  
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in RPA tools like UiPath Advanced Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, or similar.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  
• Understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.
  
• Previous experience in business process analysis.
  
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
