Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of internal policies.
• Provide advisory to the management and business in matters related to compliance
• Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
• Enhancing education and awareness according to MEA E&C Training and Awareness plan including development of compliance portal on clusters’ levels
• Lead external compliance certification for NEAL countries
• Promote Speak Up culture and whistleblowing channels
• Support Regional Compliance officer on cluster level E&C Committees
• Perform compliance investigations if needed
• Support Regional Compliance officer and Group Compliance team on other compliance related initiatives
