• Fleet customer & Insurance Office visit
• Repair Order audit, Time deviation & Cost deviation, Complaint registeration, Customer signatures, inventory etc
• QC report analysis and action plan for frequent QC observation
• Various service promtion display in Customer lounge
• Random audit on workshop process, vehicle handling while repairs (Seat cover, Steering cover, Floor mat etc)
• Monitoring of Front Office -SA interaction with Customer
