Collects and analyzes statistical data that identifies trends and provides reports. key performance and management indicators to monitor; tracking and analyzing trends; It produces reports with recommendations. Coordinates with branches and divisions to collect, interpret and present data and information. Assists in preparing plans, self-assessments, proposals, and program briefings. Monitors multiple databases for accuracy and completeness of information and recommends improvements. Interacts with functional area managers and operations staff regarding interpretation of data and providing program management feedback. Develops reports on performance and management indicators. Performs other duties as assigned. Assist in facilitating weekly operations meetings and related reporting requirements.
