Subcontracting Officer

Follow-up and responses to requests for additional work.
Manage costs and/or time extension claims from/to sub-contractors.
Monthly monitoring of invoices and payments to subcontractors.
Weekly meetings with subcontractors.
Preparing the monthly labor contract activity report.
Preparing contractual amendments.
Follow-up correspondence related to employment contracts.
Liaise with other disciplines of the project (engineering, procurement, construction, planning, etc.) in order to ensure/expect that the subcontractor will be able to perform its services without interruption and thus protect the interests of the company against potential claims from the subcontractor.
participation in the life of the construction site: regular visits to the site; Participate in HSE visits.
