Job Description

- Design, configure and customize solutions provided to clients as requested and validated by internal and external stakeholders;
- Develop technical specifications related to Cyber Security solutions and achieve final consensus;
- Conduct a GAP analysis for all technical issues such as but not limited to interfaces to other systems and new applications/modules recommending enhancements and solving complaints and inquiries;
- Manage upgrade and programming exercises and implementations;
- Develop and complete proper internal documentation and update existing ones when and as necessary;
- Conduct on-site Technical Training;

- Promote a professional image of the company and the professional services function at all times;
