- Lead discovery phase: Conduct workshops, interviews, and analytics to understand user needs and gather insights
- Generate user personas: Interpret data and feedback to develop comprehensive understanding of user behaviors, goals, and pain points
- Visualize design concepts: Create journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts to communicate and visualize ideas
- Plan information architecture: Design seamless navigation and intuitive user experiences for one app domain
- Translate requirements: Combine UX thinking with business, user, and technical constraints to create user-friendly solutions
- Facilitate design thinking: Conduct workshops and prototyping to address critical business questions
- Conduct user tests and research: Gather feedback and validate design decisions through user testing and research activities
- Improve information architecture: Assess existing structure, conduct content audits, and identify areas for enhancement
