• Overlooking the overall business requirements of the hotel's most productive accounts through various sales and marketing actions • Make a presentation about the hotel's facilities and services • Execute and implement all sales action plans to promote the hotel's promotions, facilities and activities • Dealing with leads received by the property along with the Key Account Manager in the Area Sales Office • Assist in the implementation of the real estate sales plan and participate with the property executive committee in preparing the annual sales plan • Create and maintain key account files and obtain updated information on competitor pricing, promotions and strategies • Consolidation and completion of month end sales report and transfer to concerned
