We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness. This position offers a paid per piece structure, where your earnings will be based on the quantity of work completed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong attention to detail, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into designated databases, systems, or spreadsheets.
  • Verify and validate accuracy of data by comparing it with source documents or other data sets.
  • Review and make necessary corrections to ensure data integrity and completeness.
  • Ensure timely and efficient data entry while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files and records as required.
  • Retrieve data from relevant sources and prepare reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and record-keeping.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and information.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve data entry processes and efficiency.

    Compensation:

    • This position offers a paid per piece structure, where you will be compensated based on the quantity of work completed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a data entry specialist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent typing skills and proficiency in data entry software and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using Google Drive, Google Docs, Airtable and the internet
  • Familiarity with data management and database systems.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
