Provide a range of care needs such as advanced dementia, Parkinson’s, palliative care, etc.
.
Assist the residents with all aspects of their personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
.
Support the residents with the usage of aids and personal equipment
.
Manage the residents’ medication and completing their medication records
.
Monitor vital signs of the residents as required
.
Provide companionship, and support in the residents’ activities
.
Develop and lead activities for the residents
.
Keep the families of the resident up to date about the progress of their relative
