We are seeking a Renewal Specialist for our global Customer Success team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the renewal lifecycle and work closely with the Adoption Team and Customer Success Managers to quote and negotiate SysAid offerings with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotes based on customer requests and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Adoption Team and Customer Success Managers on quotations to ensure the best offering is presented to the customer.
  • Attend customer calls to review offerings.
  • Follow up with customers on proposals and pending payments.
  • Work with the internal AR team on invoices and additional vendor documentation, as requested by customers.
  • Maintain and report on accurate 90 days rolling forecast of renewals.
  • Utilize retention playbook to negotiate contract terms and maximize revenue.
  • Meet with Customer Success Team Leaders to review and provide status updates on upcoming renewals.

Requirements :

  • 1+ years of experience in Renewal Management/ Specialist, Licensing Management role, Customer Success Coordinator, Sales Support, or related.
  • Experience managing renewal lifecycle.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.
  • Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box to meet company expectations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and display excellent time management skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
  • Ability to work well individually, as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor or College degree in Business Administration or related.
