Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in London.

Job Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience managing complex projects, working with cross-functional teams, and using project management software to track progress and report on project status.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that project goals are achieved on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and quality management plans
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring that they are addressed in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring that they are allocated and utilized effectively
  • Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders, including progress against plan, risks, and issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and team members
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time
  • Continuously improve project management processes and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with best practices and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing complex projects, preferably in a technology-related field
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans, manage project budgets and resources, and track progress against plan
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and using project management software to track progress and report on project status
  • Proven ability to identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring that they are addressed in a timely and effective manner
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Relevant project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2
