Tasks
In your role, you will:
- Give customer support to trainees who need information, materials, et
- Give administrative support to online events such as webinars and
- Own the community hosting in our platform to generate engagement, interaction, cheerleading and responding to
- Own the sales qualification process for inbound interest and channel information to the Product
- Facilitate information to prospective customers and understand our service
- Improve operationally the lifecycle of our processes in our ERP (Hubspot) via
- Project manage administrative fundraising activities that support the

Requirements
You bring:
- 2-5 years experience in customer support and/or an administrative
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Spanish is
- Ability to quickly connect and build trust with
- A detail-oriented, rigorous and quick
- Experience with ERP and Community Platforms, Hubspot & Mighty
- High work ethics and
