Responsibilities

• Produce a business plan to achieve growth and set KPI goals
  

• Oversee current business in designated territories by reviewing forecasts, backlog, and inventory Build and maintain rapport with key
  

• Oversee the selection of proper representative firms for the region and maintain a strong relationship with them and their Provide them with support and updates while monitoring their customer service and support ;
  

• Gather market information from the customer base for new products and potential new
  

• Work with OEM engineering staff to identify new product applications and
  

• Provide the company with regular monthly, quarterly and end of year customer updates and business
  

• Establish and adjust product prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and
  

• Expand the customer base by identifying markets and customers that the company should be targeting, counseling and providing technical support to sales representative firms, visiting the territories on a regular basis, and following through with sample/design opportunities until
  

Requirements

• 2+ years in a sales engineer position with skills related to customer management, technical support, RFQs, and more
  

• Engineering background with ability to speak technically to all levels of the
  

• Technical knowledge of electromechanical devices such as relays, actuators, sensors, vacuum pumps, and other related
  

Preferred

• Knowledge of relays
  

• International business experience, Asia preferred
