YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM

• Take responsibility for our IT and make sure that the backbone of our continuous growth scales smoothly
• Lead and develop your team of five people to provide optimal support for more than 350 colleagues
• Develop both internal and external structures and processes that feature lean and scalable workflows
• Continue to be hands-on and keep up with current technical topics
• Work with our CTO to build a sustainable and scalable infrastructure that follows a cloud-first approach

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successfully completed your training or studies in the field of information technology or have a comparable qualification and have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility
• You have already gained relevant leadership experience and are willing to deepen your skills in leadership trainings
• Ideally you have a qualification to accompany trainees during their vocational trainings in our company (AEVO)
• Experience in a SaaS company with strong growth is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English and ideally also in German
